Problems with employees is the number one reason why my business clients pick up the phone to call.  In nearly every instance, the problem could have been avoided if the business had good policies in place and followed them.  I help employers with Employee agreements, Employment Policies and Handbook, proper employee review procedure and employment file notation and retention.

In the event an employee makes a claim, I work with employers to understand the process.  I work closely with trusted consultants and employment investigators to evaluate claims of sexual harassment or discrimination.
